Blue Heron Training are a people first management training business based in Norwich but operating all over the UK. We were tasked with bringing to life the vision of Blue Heron Training and what it stands for. We started with creating a new corporate identity along with a set of brand guideliens to support the work. We then worked with the client to bring to life various point of contact pieces of literature as well as a website. We even helped the client with digital billboard advertising.
I set up my business just over two years ago, and Keith has been with me from the beginning, helping me design our brand, website and marketing materials. When I started out - I had the vision and passion - but I couldn't define it and I certainly couldn't bring it to life visually. I engaged Keith shortly after starting up and immediately I could see the value he brought. Not only did he spend time trying to understand my vision, he listened, questioned, challenged and made great suggestions. My brand speaks visually now and we often get positive comments on how individual and bold it is. I am convinced that the work Keith has put in has allowed us to attract and work with bigger and bigger clients. It is not hyperbole to say that Keith is a fundamentally important part of my business.
